Meet Your Care Team
With over 60 years of combined health care experience
Mindful Leaf has over 60 years of shared experience. We help people who face difficult health challenges or struggle with habits that are hard to break. Our clinic focuses on harm minimisation. This means we focus on keeping you safe. We work closely with you to check your current health plans. Our goal is to help you feel better and safely lower your need for strong medications.
Our highly trained Nurse Practitioners specialize in mental health. We give you a safe, welcoming space to talk about your long-term health goals. We create slow, careful plans to lower your intake safely. Through supportive health chats, we partner with you to protect your wellbeing and reduce the harms of long-term substance use.

I have worked in Mental Health for over 30 years as manager and clinician of inpatient and community mental health services both locally and interstate.
As a Nurse Practitioner I have worked in a local Community Mental Health Service managing and treating people's mental state, diagnosing mental health conditions, prescribing and de-prescribing and referring people to specialist tertiary services.
I came to plant based therapies as a treatment option for mental health conditions and have broadened my practice in this field to incorporate the treatment of physical and chronic health concerns.

I work as a Mental Health & Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Nurse Practitioner. My role specialises in providing alcohol & drug withdrawal & management, harm minimisation as well as mental health assessment & reviews.
I aim to increase the identification, management and treatment of people experiencing drug and alcohol and mental health issues. I am always available to offer support, guidance, and advocacy to those affected by mental health and/or alcohol and drugs, in a non-judgemental and educative manner. I love my job and the diversity, challenges, and experiences it brings.
I am determined to sprinkle a little magic wherever I go.
Unfortunately I am not currently taking new patients.
